Reconstitution.
Laboratory preparation of the lyophilised sample.

Prepare
Swab the vial stopper with an alcohol wipe and allow it to dry fully before proceeding.

Introduce diluent
Introduce the chosen volume of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inner wall of the vial, not directly onto the powder.

Dissolve
Swirl gently until the solution runs clear. Do not shake or agitate the vial.

Label & store
Mark the vial with the reconstitution date and refrigerate immediately at 2–8°C.
